宽场照明

许多基于荧光的仪器需要分析或成像大面积区域 – 从流动细胞和多孔板,到显微镜的整个视野。然而,这些仪器的吞吐量通常受限于它们用适当波长的足够激发光均匀照射整个视场的能力。随着分子诊断和测序的应用越来越广泛,产量是一个重要成本障碍。IDEX Health & Science 开发了一种宽场照明模块,能够在多个波长的大视场上提供均匀、高强度的输出。该模块专为嵌入式 OEM 集成而设计,可多达五个 LED 和/或激光源,以提供几毫米的视野。使用专有的光束整形技术,该模块甚至可以重新分布不均匀的源光束分布,使光束均匀度 >10%。

波束成形的好处

光束整形是这些问题的自然解决方案,但传统上,在多波长源的商业仪器中实施光束整形是困难或昂贵的。我们创建了一个灵活的 OEM 平台,能够均匀化几乎任何输入源配置文件,对输入对齐和波束形状的依赖小,以实现稳健的长期性能。这允许我们通过将两种光源类型组合成一个模块来利用激光和 LED 波长可用性,而不会影响输出平顶光束轮廓的均匀性和强度。

模块性能

虽然每个模块的设计对客户来说都是特殊的,但所有集成光源的效率都可以达到 80% 以上。当输入仪器的光学系统时,无论输入光束轮廓如何,照明光束的空间变化通常小于 10%。

模块设计

每个模块设计为 OEM 客户仪器的嵌入式照明组件,包括光源、驱动和监控电子设备、热管理以及多个二极管激光器和/或 LED 的电源。波长的精确数量和选择可以根据每个应用的需要制造,这取决于所使用的荧光团和每个波长所需的激发强度。
