使用新型 MaxLine E 级滤光片,增加边缘陡峭度

拉曼光谱是使用标准布局或基于显微镜的高 NA 收集光学元件布局进行的,如图 1 所示。

在任一情况下,使用激光消杂滤光片来阻挡标称高功率激光线外产生的激光都是标准做法。美国艺达思健康与科学有限公司的 Semrock® MaxLine 滤光片是好的、牢靠的激光线消杂滤光片。

因此,必须考虑与图 1 所示激光阻挡相关的激光线滤光片的特性,该滤光片必须从研究样品发射的光束中基本上阻挡瑞利散射的激光。

然而,标准(前 E)系列 MaxLine 滤光片和 E-级 RazorEdge 滤光片之间没有发生这种程度的协同作用,后者比 U 级滤光片陡峭得多;见图 4,其中 LL01-785 无法将激光净化为 785nm 的红色。请注意,LL01-785 的标称边缘陡峭度为 0.9%。

新的、更陡峭的 MaxLine E级滤光片由于其边缘陡峭度增加(标称 0.2% )而纠正了这种情况,从而可以更好地与 E 级 RazorEdge 分离;见图 5。

这个新的滤光片的子系列的零件号在波长后用字母 E 表示。在图 5 中,LL01-785E 与图 4 所示的标准陡度 LL01-785 不同。

MaxLine E-级系列的另一个新功能是内置的角度倾斜功能。参考图 5,通过调整 MaxLine 滤光片的AOI,将陡峭边缘移动到较低波长,可以增加 RazorEdge 和 MaxLine 滤光片之间的间距。如图 6 所示,在典型的旋转 5° 的交叉波长处,实现了约 OD 4 的阻挡。
