什么是带通滤光片?

带通滤光片是一种选择性地透过特定波长范围的光,同时阻挡所有其他波长的滤光片。

带通滤光片的设计

带通滤光片的典型特征是其中心波长、带宽、透过和阻挡。

  • 透射率:通过滤光片通带的光的百分比 T。
  • 阻挡: 测量为光密度 (OD),定义为 OD = – log10 (T)。
  • 边缘陡度:高透过和阻挡之间过渡所需的波长间隔。

备注: 虽然通带通常是指从设计规范得出的理论滤光片性能,但 Semrock 更喜欢使用可制造的规范来描述客户收到的实际滤光片。

“带宽”的意思是什么?

Semrock 使用“可生产参数”(规范制造)的方法来定义滤光片的参数,也用该方式来定义我们的 BrightLine 带通滤光片的带宽。我们相信这种方法能更准确地反映光学系统中滤光片的性能。

如图表所示, 滤光片的光谱(红线)必须在未标为阴影(即空白)的区域内。平均透过率需 > Tavg (%) ,该指定透过区域有一个明确的中心波长即(CWL)和一个带宽,称之为 Guaranteed Minimum Bandwidth (GMBW)。该滤光片产品型号的格式为 FF01-{CWL}/{GMBW}。透过的部分不能超过阻挡区阻挡水平(光密度,Optical Density OD 参数),在阻挡范围内,Tavg 以百分数表示的值不能超过 10-OD+2, OD 的意思是阻挡水平参数。

如何使用带通滤光片?

带通滤光片应用于空间生物学、PCR、量子计算和可穿戴医疗设备等多个领域,其中大部分依赖于专门设计的分子探针发出的荧光。

  • PCR 是检测新冠病毒和其他严重疾病实体存在的灵敏方法之一。该技术依赖于放大经过修饰的 DNA 样本,根据 DNA 含量发出荧光。荧光通过带通滤光片,指示样本是否含有新冠病毒 DNA。
  • 空间生物学是对组织在其原生 2D 或 3D 环境中的研究,其概念类似于对某个区域详细生态的航空调查。该组织中充满了荧光探针,这些探针发出的光描述了此处的情况,甚至可以包括此处 RNA 含量的详细信息。带通滤光片用于净化信号,以便正确解释它们。
  • 可穿戴医疗设备位于皮肤上,将一束小光束照射到皮肤上或皮肤下的区域。包含传感器的小注射珠对光做出响应,输出光取决于所监测的生理信号(例如葡萄糖)。该光选择性地通过带通滤光片到达检测器。
